Opera Carolina's Academy Chorus
Geared for rising 3rd to 7th graders, Opera Carolina's Academy Chorus builds foundational music skills and -more importantly- a sense of community, belonging, and confidence among youth from all across the region. Our Academy Chorus sings with us on the Opera Carolina mainstage in performances such as Tosca and most recently Cavalleria Rusticana with Pagliacci. The Academy Chorus also enjoys performing in the community at festivals like BOOM Charlotte and on the Youth Stage at Festival in the Park this past September.
