Marion Herrmann - Gentle Movement + Yoga Nidra
Experience your breath and the balancing of your energy with this gentle class. Stress management, relaxation, healing + feeling supported are waiting for you, without needing to do or be more. You have everything you need already within you. Marion will guide you towards (re)connecting with your Self, with your inner unshakeable peace and joy. We will be moving though through gentle movements to prepare the body to relax and then tap into focusing and relaxing the mind. The practice of Yoga Nidra starts with a gradual relaxation, then moves through intention, breath, awareness and visualization. This practice is for EVERY BODY.
Your practice will be supported with wearing comfortable, non-restrictive clothes (let the prana flow). Since you will be laying for a good part of the practice, we suggest to bring an extra layer of clothes, warm socks, maybe a blanket and eye-pillow. Support your body in a way that feels good to you, so your mind can explore freely.
